farmThe Society acquired hardington farm in 1919, the origins of the farm can be traced back to the Doomsday book of 1086, when it was home to around 12 families. Since then it has been the site of a substantial manor house, and now a Dairy Farm producing milk with a herd of approximately 350 cows.

 

The Society has signed an agreement to supply award-winning cheese producers, Wyke Farm with the milk from our farm. Wyke Farm's cheddar which is sold thoughout The Co-operative nationally is made with milk from Hardington Farm!
